Annette O'Toole (born Annette Toole) is an actress who portrayed Valerie Grace in the Law & Order Season 10 episode "Mega".
O'Toole has appeared in nearly 100 films including Superman III (with Margot Kidder and Robert Vaughn) and 48 Hrs. She also portrayed adult Beverly Marsh in the 1990 miniseries Stephen King's It (with Richard Thomas and John Ritter), Lisa Bridges on Nash Bridges (with Mary Mara), and Martha Kent on the WB/CW series Smallville (with John Glover). In 2019, she appeared in the second season of the Netflix action series The Punisher (with Jon Bernthal, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Deborah Ann Woll and Corbin Bernsen) and starred in the TV show Virgin River (with Alexandra Breckenridge).
O'Toole's husband, actor Michael McKean, also appeared in "Mega" as Elias Grace.
