Anthony Parker is a former New York City police officer who was working as muscle for a local bookie named Connor Murphy. He came up through the police academy with Detective Nick Amaro and was later fired along with Officer Martinez when their connection to Murphy was discovered.
History
Parker later held Detective Amanda Rollins back while his boss Murphy beat her in order to keep Rollins silent about their operation. He is later arrested alongside his bosses by Detective Amaro. (SVU: "Home Invasions")
Parker is then bailed out and is seen threatening Rollins after she starts gambling again. He moves in close but Rollins' dog Frannie scares him away. (SVU: "Gridiron Soldier")
