Bebe Neuwirth is an actress who played Assistant District Attorney Tracey Kibre in Law & Order: Trial by Jury. She also appeared as ADA Kibre in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit season six episode "Night". Before her time as Kibe, Neuwirth appeared as Nina Laszlo in the Special Victims Unit season one episode "...Or Just Look Like One".

Neuwirth had a recurring role from 1986 to 1993 as Dr. Lilith Sternin, the conservatively dressed and emotionally repressed psychiatrist who married Dr. Frasier Crane on the hit comedy series Cheers. She won two Emmy Awards for the role, in 1990 and 1991.
