Bobby Douglas is a sexual abuse victim of church bishop Mallinson and later a vengeful arsonist and murderer.

History[]

Douglas was a child in Mallinson's congregation and one of countless boys who was isolated alone with Mallinson for sexual abuse. By Douglas' own account, Mallinson aroused Douglas by making him watch porn before forcing him to masturbate and penetrate Mallinson for the bishop's own gratification. This would scar Douglas for life, but he never told of the sexual abuse when the church paid for his and his family's silence with its funds. When he eventually grew into an adult priest himself and found out Mallinson was still molesting boys, Douglas prepared to take his revenge on him and the church.

Breaking in at night, he set the confessional booth on fire, the place he confessed the abuses to Father Michael Sweeney, the pastor who was always to be named in allegations by the NDAs, as was well as tagging "Peccavisti", which is Latin for "you have sinned". It was bad timing for him to come across Jamie Doyle, a teenage transsexual prostitute there for prayer. As it was dark and Douglas couldn't see, he was startled to see Doyle behind him, enough Douglas slammed the flashlight he was holding into Doyle's head once, killing Doyle instantly. Horrified and remorseful over what he had done, Douglas covered Doyle in an immaculately designed drape at the church before fleeing.

Douglas was eventually tracked by his time at the church and the payouts in his name. He was arrested and confessed to the murder and vandalism, getting a deal from providing his testimony of the molestation he suffered in hopes of nailing Mallinson, but in Sweeney's name per the agreement. Douglas unfortunately couldn't do any more to assist or change his allegations to Mallinson, as while in his cell, the other prisoner there stabbed him to death a few dozen times, Douglas not fighting back from giving up after all the devastation in his life and that he caused. Mallinson was eventually arrested when Father Sweeney, a closeted pedophile who cared enough to never commit an offense or suable misconduct, broke the sanctity of confession to turn on Mallinson and testify against him.
