Bret Jansen was a pedophile and serial rapist. He was a customer of a human trafficking ring disguised as a travel agency, which sold children to wealthy pedophiles.
History
Jansen was a partner at a Wall Street law firm. He received two boys, Ernesto Diaz and Jose, sold by Anthony Damon from Guatemala and sexually abused them. All the while, Jansen passed the two boys off as his adoptive sons. Ernesto and Jose both eventually managed to escape captivity, although Jose died from carbon monoxide poisoning while trying to hide inside a bus. Immediately afterward, Jansen was later murdered by Dr. Walt Massey, Ernesto and Jose's orthodontist and a fellow pedophile who was disgusted with the sexual abuse he inflicted upon both boys.
