Charlie Baker was a spree killer, rapist, and kidnapper.
History
Charlie manipulated his brother Billy into killing seven people in a span of two days. Then, he personally killed four people and abducted two women, intending to frame Billy for those crimes. During his killing spree, he had the couples rape and sodomize each other before having Billy kill them by shooting them with a .380 pistol. Earlier in life, he had raped Billy during an intended threesome with Billy's girlfriend, and would beat his father every day to silence him after he walked in on the act.
After Billy disclosed the locations of the two kidnapped women, Charlie was executed for the murders whilst Billy was sent to prison for his participation.
