Charlie Dorsey is a man who lived in the wilderness. He was initially a suspect in the disappearances of Perry Gilbert and Mia Harris, and the assault of Zoe Harris.
He was later cleared of all charges when it was revealed Gilbert was responsible for the assault as well as her and Mia's disappearance. He was later put into accommodation housing to get him out of the wilderness. (SVU: "Glasgowman's Wrath")
