Cleo Conrad is a defense attorney.

Conrad defended FBI Special Agent Lauren Cooper, after she was arrested for the murder of a serial killer. The FBI pressured the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and the Special Victims Unit to let Cooper go. (SVU: "Signature")

She is then hired by Leslie O'Hara to represent her son, Jake, in the murder of a 5-year-old boy. It is unknown how Conrad reacts after Jake was killed, but she does appear with Leslie in the gallery during the trial of Dr. Brent Morton. (SVU: "Conscience")
