Connor Wesley is a teenager who disappeared with fellow student Janey Speer during a school trip.

The detectives found that Wesley sent a ransom letter with a monetary demand. When he was later tracked and taken into custody, it was revealed he fled on his own and made up the kidnapping to pay his debts. Wesley knew nothing about Janey going missing.
It's unknown if Wesley was penalized from obstruction of justice and a falsified criminal scenario. Janey was later safely found with her boyfriend, Greg Hartley. (SVU: "Clock")
