Dahila Jessup is a child rape victim of tycoon Jordan Hayes and later a brainwashed accomplice in Hayes' rapes of other girls when she grew older.

History[]

Hayes would repeatedly rape and molest Jessup on camera in his private spa, brainwashing her into "enjoying" it as the sexual abuse continued. When she grew into a young woman, she would be recruited by Hayes into luring more preteen girls into the spa for "massages", which would be the guise for Hayes raping them on camera in the spa room as well. In return, she would be treated to a higher-class lifestyle and provided with prescription pills to leisurely take.

In 2011, Jessup flew with Hayes over to his birthday party from France in his private jet, with French model Nicole Phillipe and another preteen girl also from France, Dominique Moreau. The same ruse, with Jessup in tow, was used on Moreau, and she was brutally raped in the spa, then arranged to fly back to France in coach. She accused another passenger of rape when she woke up from a nightmare of the rape and had a breakdown from rape trauma syndrome.

When Moreau relayed her accusation to Special Victims through video conference, that started the investigation. Jessup was interviewed when she was found to be another passenger on the private jet, but she slut-shamed Moreau and Phillipe and accused them of drinking too much on the flight and at the party. When Hayes knows the squad's closing in, he manipulates Jessup into overdosing on her pills, while private doctor Ari Nathan attends to her to buy Hayes time, likely hoping she'd die.

Jessup is rescued in time and her stomach's pumped at Mercy General. Hayes arrives when she comes to and, in a reverse psychology, says to "be fully honest" with the detectives, just when she actually was about to confess. When Moreau was encouraged to publicize her rape and more girls come forward, Hayes and Jessup are arrested.

In interrogation, Jessup panics without Hayes, snips at Benson, and says Hayes "loves" her in a way others "couldn't understand", while calling the other girls "whores" and "one-offs". When Jessup's booked, Hayes is taken away by federal agents. When Jessup sees this, she begs Hayes to take her along, revealing her sexual abuse and crying she doesn't want to go to jail for who knows how long. Hayes simply handles her face to stop her crying and walks into the elevator. Jessup screams her begs one more time and shouts "I love you" before crying and being walked off by Benson and Stabler.

Jessup is found guilty of accessory to serial child rape and given sentencing at least close to the maximum, depending on her defense and success of it in court. (SVU: "Flight")
