David Langston Smyrl (also credited as David Smyrl) was an actor who played two different characters in Law & Order. He played George Warner in the season two episode "The Wages of Love", and Artie Dickson in the ninth season episode "DWB".
Smyrl played Mr. Handford on the children's TV show Sesame Street.
