Eldon Balogh was a serial rapist and a suspect in attacking Larissa Welsh in her apartment.
History[]
Prior to his rape spree, Balogh had a prior sex crime conviction in 2006 and spent a year in Rikers.
He broke into the apartment of Larissa and drugged her after dressing her up in her childhood outfit. Before he could rape her, Larissa's boyfriend Patrick arrived and the two fought until Balogh overpowered him and escaped.
Balogh tracked Larissa to the hospital and disguised himself as an orderly to slip in. At the same time, the Detectives were at his home and found emails sent to his computers, discovering his location.
After he was found, a disgusted Stabler nearly beat him to death until Odafin Tutuola stopped him. He was arrested for kidnapping Larissa in the hospital. During interrogation, Balogh confessed to Stabler about having sex with his victims, but claimed that it was not rape. He had also confessed to nearly killing Orville Underwood, a previously-acquitted rape suspect-turned-attorney, out of jealousy.
While in Rikers pending bail, Balogh was beaten to death by other inmates after bragging about his actions. (SVU: "Possessed")
