A.D.A. Fahey is a district prosecutor on the burglary, robbery, and unlawful captivity of Lenore Berstein by repeat offenders Carlos Medina and Alfonso Cardenas, shortly before she was murdered. Her division crashed with Special Victims, who wanted to know the rapist and murderer of Lenore after the two hoodlums fled.
She reluctantly had to offer the two teens reduced prison time if they gave up information they needed to find a third criminal. Medina sealed his lips and made Cardenas do the same to play the cards. When Cardenas was offered no jail time to sell out Medina and the third perp, Medina took the deal instead. the rapist and murderer, Jimmy Walp, was found and institutionalized. Since one of the two heart attacks was caused by Medina when he tied her to the bed, it's known of Fahey had Medina arrested again, let alone if Cardenas turned on Medina for his own sentence reduction.
