Andre (surname unknown) is the owner of a secret illegal nightclub, the Astor Place Cube. Running it like a speakeasy haunt, he sends out private, artistically crafted invitations and strictly has word of the party spread barely by mouth only to peers of the people who first received the watches and swear to secrecy.

The Special Victims Unit becomes interested in finding the party when a woman who was raped thy tried to help before, Sarah Walsh, is raped again after a party at the club one night. Nicole Price, Sarah's friend and one of the guests, helps the team by telling them how the invitations work. When Nicole takes Rollins and Tutuola to the meeting place, the guides lead the crowd eventually to an abandoned water tower, where the club's run. Once the location's found, the raid's called in.
Andre's questioned, and he explains exactly how he runs his club and the crowds he attracts, saying he had no idea about Sarah being raped. He gave up his guest list, and his legal status for his illegal venue is unknown. One of the guests at the party, Cameron Tyler, a friend of Nicole and her fiance Matthew Forte, was revealed to have raped Sarah, Nicole, and several other women. (SVU: "Wonderland Story")
