Didier Foucault was a Swiss national and known con man.

He was born in 1968. He claimed that his parents were unable to care for him, and thus he was raised in an orphanage run by nuns from the age of 4 to 15. Though the part about the orphanage was accurate, Detective Robert Goren found out that his mother was actually a prostitute.

As a child, he had numerous health problems.

He had an extensive criminal record. In Switzerland, he served six months in prison for fraud and check kiting. In Brazil, he served eight months for credit card fraud. He bragged that prison was "easy", and that it took him less than 24 hours to gain special privileges such as fresh fruit and TV. Over his criminal career, he used numerous aliases, which were on file with police in Switzerland. One of those was Denis Dupont.

He was arrested for murder after he killed Felix Perez during the course of his scheme to con several rich acquaintances out of their money. (CI: "The Extra Man")
