Nestor Serrano is an actor who played six different characters in Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Law & Order: Trial by Jury.
He also guest-starred on an episode of New York Undercover as Tito.
Serrano is an American film and television actor. He often portrays authority figures on both sides of the law as well as fatherly figures on occasion. He is of Puerto Rican descent and yet often portrays various other ethnicities in his various film and television roles. He began his acting career in off-Broadway plays in the late 1970s. His first film was the 1986 Tom Hanks comedy The Money Pit.
His supporting roles in films such as Lethal Weapon 2, Hangin' with the Homeboys, Bad Boys, The Negotiator, Empire, The Insider, After the Storm, Runaway Jury, The Day After Tomorrow, Sueño, Secretariat, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. In 2012, he played the lead villain role in the Navy SEALs action-war film Act of Valor.
