Harry Baker is a brilliant, 15-year-old psychopath who was a suspect in the killing of MFPCA agent Pam Tilden, but was later cleared. He later helped the police to find her killer, even giving them a psychological profile.
While intellectually gifted, he is cold and sadistic, with a long history of torturing and killing animals. Some of Baker's most notorious crimes included lighting a cat's tail on fire to see their reaction and decapitating the dog of a girl he was attracted to when she didn't want him stalking her. He would even scar his mother with graphic criminal details and once harassed a mugshot photographer. It wasn't enough to hold him, not even when Baker was watching the detectives on their case he was suspected of, the murders of his arresting officer and a nearby witness. His court-appointed specialist cited it from his cocaine levels when his mother was pregnant and exposure to her work at a strip club. (SVU: "Prodigy")
