Matthew "Matt" Davis (born Matthew W. Davis on May 8, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah) is an actor who played P.J. Bartlett in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Trade".
Davis portrayed Alaric Saltzman on The Vampire Diaries and its spin-off Legacies with co-stars Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Michael Malarkey, Marguerite MacIntyre, Lauren Cohan, and Sebastian Roché. He is also known for playing Warner Huntington III in the film Legally Blonde (with Victor Garber and Allyce Beasley).
