Frank Liotti is an actor who played two different characters in Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He played Richie Limone in the Criminal Intent season three episode "But Not Forgotten", and Henry in the Special Victims Unit season ten episode "Trials".
