Gilbert Gottfried (February 28, 1955 - April 12, 2022) was an American actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episodes "Lost Traveler" and "Theatre Tricks" as T.A.R.U. Technician Leo Gerber.
Gottfried was a cast member for the sixth season of Saturday Night Live (with Denny Dillon and Joe Piscopo). He also had a voice role as the parrot Iago in the Disney 1992 animated film Aladdin (with Jonathan Freeman and Robin Williams). He was also previously the voice of the AFLAC duck in various commercials. Gottfried was also a contestant on The Celebrity Apprentice 7 (with Vivica A. Fox).
