Glen Kennebragh is a fictional single malt whisky from the Isle of Islay. The distillery was purchased by Duke Deguerin, who took production off the market making all of it his private stock. By the time of CI: "Alpha Dog" (August 2009) bottles still in the public market were worth $2000 each.
Blended Scotch Whiskey
|DeGuerin Limited Reserve|
|CASK STRENGTH EDITION||51.6 % vol.|
|Distilled 23rd July 1968||50cl.|
|PRODUCT OF SCOTLAND|
- From the age and date of production, the Scotch was bottled after July 23, 2008.
- Based on Deguerin's description, and the "cask-strength" descriptor, the label should read "Single-Malt Scotch Whisky", rather than "Blended Scotch Whiskey".
- The prop also has a misspelling: Whiskey is the Irish spelling (also used in America), Whisky (no "e") is the correct Scottish spelling (also used in Canada and Japan).
- 50 cl. is 16.9 US fl.oz.; but the bottle prop was a standard 70–75 cl. bottle.
