- During the Arraignment of Douglas Phillips, Judge Mooney claimed that he was overworked. Bail was set at $200,000. (L&O: "The Wages of Love")
- Arraignment of Melanie Cullen – Mooney handled the arraignment after the police had changed their minds about Edward Cullen's murderer.
