Tracy Marrow better known by his stage name Ice-T, is an American rapper, rock musician, author, and actor. Since 2000, he has played the role of Detective Odafin Tutuola on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Ice-T also appeared in the Law & Order episode "Flaw" as Detective Tutuola.

Before his appearances as Tutuola, Ice-T played a pimp called Seymour 'Kingston' Stockton in the franchise's only movie Exiled: A Law & Order Movie.
