Jack Strong is a college dropout and a subordinate of serial killer Lydia Wyatt. With Wyatt being a con artist under the guise of voodoo, Strong stole her herbs to make "love letters" to drug and seduce a college girl named Sarah Jackson whom he helped with her esoteric studies despite her sister's suspicions.
Wyatt found out and killed the sisters with the unknowing assistance of her other subordinate, Robbie Paulson. Paulson assured Strong he wouldn't be fired, but he was last seen stumbling down the street until he collapsed at a crosswalk, succumbing to tetrodotoxin, the same poison the sisters were killed with, as Wyatt killed him for being a liability.
