Jeffrey Brandt is the ex-husband of Angela Brandt and the father of their daughter Tracy. Jeffrey did his best with Angela to hide she supported herself and Tracy with the money independent modeling photographer Julian Decker paid Angela for being raped and prostituted by him. What the two parents never knew until it was too late was Decker was seducing and raping Tracy as well.
Angela threatened Decker with arrest, so Decker rejected her and insulted her in various ways to get her to leave. What happened instead was Tracy stabbed Decker to death with his own photography shears. Angela and Jeffrey met for dinner that night and spoke of what to do, and they agreed they’d go between true and false accounts to throw off the justice system, having Angela take the fall if it came to that.
It almost worked, and Shambala Green even tried to argue Jeffrey was lying over withdrawing from having custody of Tracy yet still wanting her back in his life when defending Angela. Tracy was found out to have been raped, and her changing moods between testimony and DNA st the scene revealed she was the killer. Jeffrey confessed to his perjury, and Tracy confessed to the murder under a plea of heavily reduced Julie time and psychiatric care. (L&O: “Skin Deep”)
