Joanna Merlin is an actress who played three different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Merlin is best known for her portrayal of Judge Lena Petrovsky in almost every season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She also played Carla Bowman and Deirdre Powell in several episodes of Law & Order.
