Johnny Dubcek is a molestation victim who later assaulted two people, one of whom was a wanted pedophile.

Johnny was sexually abused by Martin Schultz while attending summer camp as a child. Johnny grew up to be a very violent criminal while being in and out of jail and forced to live with his mother. Johnny later attacked Hal Harper after assuming he saw Harper molest girls he taught, when he was really helping with their training, such as stretch exercises Johnny saw as suggestive in nature.
Detective Olivia Benson and defense attorney Bayard Ellis learn that he was molested as a child. When Schultz is arrested for reckless endangerment and possession of child pornography, he is put on the same cell block as Dubcek while looking eager to exact revenge. (SVU: "Monster's Legacy")
