Josh Hopkins is an actor who played two different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He played Ken Soames in the Law & Order season six episode "Atonement", and Tim Donovan in the Special Victims Unit season five episode "Loss". Hopkins' appearance as Soames was one of his first acting jobs.
Hopkins portrayed Paul Allen in the 1999 film Pirates of Silicon Valley, and Raymond Milbury on the television series Ally McBeal (2001 to 2002), probably his most famous role to date.
Season 1 of the CBS series Cold Case saw Hopkins play the role of Assistant District Attorney Jason Kite. The show was especially noted for the on-screen chemistry between Hopkins' character and the character of Detective Lilly Rush, played by Kathryn Morris.
