Josie Knox was an 11-year-old street kid and member of the Phalanx street family. She was originally from Arizona, but was sexually abused by her mother's many boyfriends and was eventually disowned by her mother. Josie later hitchhiked to New York and was soon taken in by the Phalanx Street Family. Josie was killed by Phalax patriarch Cole Roderick after being interviewed by the police in the murder of Shelby Crawford. (SVU: "Streetwise")
