Dr. Judy Trahill is a radiologist who was one of several women who had an affair with womanizing pharmacist Dr. Max Kleberg. Max's affairs were considered the motive for his murder and his second wife Peyton's rape.
From this, the detectives were led by Marilyn Dunlap, Max's ex-wife, and Lara Todd, Max's receptionist and another mistress. Judy revealed Peyton intervened with Max having an affair with a nurse, which revealed Max wanted out of the marriage and eventually caught the rapist and murderer, Vincent Boyd. (SVU: "Tangled")
