Justin Vichinsky is a left-wing activist and the prime suspect in the rape of right-wing pundit Martha Cobb. Vichinsky allegedly sexually assaulted Cobb while she was covering protest clashes live.
Vichinsky was ultimately acquitted after Cobb started turning the case into a political spectacle and he was cast in the light of not being the only likely suspect at the time of the rape. (SVU: "Info Wars")
