Keith Durbin is the estranged son of serial killer Frank McNare, better known as "The Body by Jake Killer" or "BBJ".

History[]

When he was seven, Keith witnessed a horrific sight in the form of the first woman McNare killed in a photograph, posed bound in the very position she was murdered in. Tragically, Keith was developing his love-map then, which turned him in the direction of sexual deviance based on the very bondage and pose of the woman on the photo. Keith curbed his urges ever since, fearing he could be a killer like McNare.

After his second wife died, McNare started killing women again. Keith was tracked and suspected from a familial DNA match. However, he was too young for McNare's earliest murders later discovered, but the detectives knew he had the answers. Keith later revealed how he found the photo in McNare's possessions, so the detectives tried to get Keith to role on McNare to arrest him for the murders. Keith witnessed McNare reject Keith as his son, so Keith was finally resolved enough to believe he wasn't like McNare to say McNare's the one Keith found the photo from. When McNare angrily berated Keith for selling him out, Keith himself took the step of disowning McNare face to face, ready to testify and walk away from the damages within his family without regret.
