Lee Tergesen is an actor who played four different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Tergesen is probably best known for his portrayal of Tobias Beecher in the television series Oz, in which he kissed his co-star Christopher Meloni (Detective Elliot Stabler) on a regular basis.

Tergesen also appeared as Officer Chris Thormann in several episodes from Homicide: Life on the Street.
