Lucas Biggs was a serial child molester who was convicted of a kidnapping-murder in Virginia, and a suspect in the 1980 murder of Jeffrey Ronsen.
A week before his execution, Biggs denied killing or molesting Ronsen, and proved it with his collection of baseball caps from all his molestation victims.
When he was young, Biggs was molested and abused, which led him to molest the numerous young men.
