Malcolm McDowell (born Malcolm John Taylor) is an actor who played Jonas Slaughter in the Law & Order: Criminal Intent Season 5 episode "Proud Flesh".
McDowell was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for his portrayal of Alex in A Clockwork Orange. He also appeared in films such as Star Trek: Generations (with Whoopi Goldberg and Brent Spiner). On TV, he starred on TV shows Franklin & Bash (with Reed Diamond and Mark-Paul Gosselaar) and the Amazon show Mozart in the Jungle (with Saffron Burrows, Lola Kirke, and Bernadette Peters).
He also voiced Dr. Calico in the animated Disney film Bolt (with Greg Germann and Susie Essman) and reprised that same role with the latter in its spin-off direct-to-video short film Super Rhino.
He was previous married to actress Mary Steenburgen, who guest-starred as Grace Rinato on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Denial". He has been married to Kelley Kuhr, 24 years his junior, since 1991.
