Maria Christina Thayer (born October 30, 1975 in Portland, Oregon) is an actress who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
She is best known for her roles on the TV shows Strangers with Candy, Eagleheart, Superstore, Will and Grace (with Debra Messing and Harry Connick, Jr.) and Those Who Can't; and the films Hitch, Accepted, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Thayer was previously engaged to actor David Harbour, who appeared on all three primary shows of the Law & Order franchise.
