Mark Mogan is a morgue and potter's field contact of Russ Bianco, having sold corpses of high-risk people for two thousand dollars each so their organs could e harvested and transplanted by Dr. Robert Swann. He defrauded the dead people's documents so the trafficking would be covered up.
Mogan was arrested and enlisted in a sting to arrest Bianco and Swann. Mogan was found guilty of trafficking, fraud, and conspiracy and imprisoned. (SVU: "Parts")
