Marta Stevens is the murderer of Stefan Tanzic.

Tanzic raped her and her friend Anya Ragova, along with dozens of other women, in their native Bosnia. Stevens got pregnant as a result of the rape, and had a son named Nicky. Stevens fled to America with Nicky and Ragova, and eventually settled in New York City. There, she and Ragova found Tanzic living under an assumed name and driving a cab. Together, they castrated and murdered him. She was sentenced to confinement in a psychiatric facility. (SVU: "Payback")
