Martin Eugene Mull (born August 18, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Retro" as Dr. Gideon Hutton.
He is mostly known for his portrayals of Vice Principal Willard Kraft in Sabrina the Teenage Witch (with Melissa Joan Hart) and Leon Carp in Roseanne. He also starred as Colonel Mustard in the movie Clue (with Christopher Lloyd and Michael McKean) and starred on the TV shows Dads (with Peter Riegert) and The Cool Kids (with David Alan Grier). He lent his voice in Danny Phantom as Vlad Masters (with Peri Gilpin, Will Arnett, and Eric Roberts).
