Michael "Mikey" Pappas was a sex trafficker and serial rapist, who raped numerous foreign prostitutes.
He worked with his father Lou, who would go to foreign countries and force them into sex trafficking. When they wouldn't have them work, Lou would have his son Mikey rape the prostitutes repeatedly on a nightly basis. (SVU: "Acceptable Loss")
