Michael Stovic was a former Narc for the Westchester County Police Department, who was suspended after a psychological fitness examination dredged up old memories of childhood abuse. During his suspension, he was hired by Dr. Charles Webb to kill Dr. Larry Feldman. Though initially reluctant, he took the job after seeing a report that Feldman had sexually abused his daughter. Shortly afterwards, he was arrested by the Major Case Squad, but a sympathetic Det. Goren helped him to plead out. (CI: "Crazy")
