Mickey Scott is a convicted and executed rapist and murderer.
History[]
Scott was in a bumper-to-bumper car accident with Adele Saunders in New York City traffic when she was going to work. He snapped with the exceedingly temperamental reactive measure of violence completely directed at Adele. Scott violently raped Adele, with at least 30 onlookers and "supposedly good people" both witnessing the rape and cheering Scott on. Scott then grabbed a tire iron and bludgeoned Adele to death.
Scott was successfully arrested and convicted on all charges and sentenced to death. On the day of his execution, Scott requested as his last meal meatloaf and mash and some Dr. Peppers. The detectives and prosecution responsible for securing Scott's punishment attended his lethal injection. It had a profound affect on each and every one of them the rest of the day, and Lieutenant Van Buren even wrote a letter to her mother describing the day's events and impact. (L&O: "Aftershock")
