Mitchell Hissam is a member of the Earth Defenders Group terrorist organization. In an attempt to apprehend them, he nearly blew up Detectives Stabler and Benson and Agent Dana Lewis with dynamite crystallizing in a log cabin freezer.
Hissam was arrested with his girlfriend Persephone Free James and imprisoned on terrorism charges and the reklessendangerment on the lives of law enforcement.
