Orlando McTeer is a serial rapist.
History[]
McTeer drove a fake taxi with a cab number taken from Eddie De Pablo. He had been previously imprisoned upstate for aggravated rape. McTeer took advantage of his position as a fake taxi driver to lure in blonde women and rape them.
He was arrested after Detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson investigated the murder of an astronaut named Marga Janssen, assuming her death was connected to his rapes. McTeer confesses to driving a fake taxicab and raping his victims, but provides an alibi for Marga's murder: he had visited his father and raped a woman in Pennsylvania on the day of Marga's death. He allowed the Detectives to contact her for proof. After this was confirmed, he was later imprisoned for his crimes. (SVU: "Lunacy")
