Otto Sanchez is an actor who has made several appearances throughout the Law & Order franchise. Sanchez is perhaps best known for his role as Chico Guerra on the long-running HBO series Oz (with Robert John Burke and Christopher Meloni). He also had recurring roles on shows such as Third Watch, Kidnapped (again with Burke and also with Linus Roache and Jeremy Sisto), Burn Notice, Blue Bloods and Shades of Blue. He appeared in films such as Double Whammy, Bad Boys II (with Jon Seda) and Terminator: Genisys.
