Sergeant Ray Crawford is a cop responsible for calling Elliot Stabler when his daughter Kathleen Stabler was arrested on a DUI. Stabler got Kathleen out of lock up and manipulated Crawford and the other cops involved with a pity card so Kathleen's DUI was buried.
It eventually came out later, where Kathleen was charged and sentenced to community service, with Stabler's actions leading to Captain Cragen's brief suspension. (SVU: "Blood", "Screwed")
