Raymond Nesbitt is a serial burglar.

History[]

Nesbitt had an earwax problem and a history of heroin possession. He was on parole after spending two-and-a-half years at Fulton County Correctional Facility for second-degree burglary. However, in order to pay for his heroin habit, Nesbitt violated his parole and repeatedly burglarized the New York City apartment he was living in.

During one of these burglaries, Nesbitt discovered what he believed to be child pornography. Disgusted by what he saw, but unwilling to report it without exposing himself in the process, he paid a boy named Taylor to send some of the photos to police. He was later tracked down by the Special Victims Unit in the ensuing investigation, convicted on parole violation, and sent back upstate. (SVU: "Loophole")
