Reggie Price is a teenage boy who murdered Markus West out of revenge after he was acquitted for molesting his little brother Sammy and other boys. It was revealed Reggie was also sexually abused by West, using Reggie's sports injury as an excuse like with the other boys, and because Reggie never told, he felt responsible when Sammy was molested as well.
Reggie was discovered when his fidgit spinner matched the burn marks on West's chest, revealing Reggie tortured West with branding before stabbing him to death, leaving DA Investigator Brian Cassidy to take the fall when he was knocked unconscious and splashed with blood at the scene. Due to the circumstances, Reggie was given a light sentence with Cassidy's support, partly since Cassidy was also sexually abused and his trauma led to West's acquittal at the trial.
