Robert Murray is the leader of a group of runaway children in the tunnels of New York City. Danny Ashburn stole Robert's girlfriend, Tina Keith, by getting her pregnant.
When he was suspected of Danny's fatal shooting, he was tracked, only to flee and fire shots at responding officers. He was caught, and even beaten for his actions, but he was cleared of the murder nevertheless. it's unknown if he faced penalties of charges for shooting at police he was threatening with.
