Ronald Milius is the grieving father of murdered high school student Emily Milius, which he feared was from his whistleblowing efforts against his company.

History[]

Ronald was CFO of Frasier & Frasier Pharmaceuticals, where he found from his position his company was pocketing money they avoided spending to have more return when they filed for bankruptcy. Ronald began giving his testimony to the justice system, when his daughter Emily was outside of her neighborhood in front of a coffee shop, where she was mowed down by a car.

Ronald, shaken and grief-stricken from his trauma, feared the murder was a hit carried out to silence his testimony. He came into the precinct to give his statement, then left hurriedly out of fear he and his wife would be in danger if he said more. However, that motive was rejected when the car was found and tracked to the killer, a schizophrenic man named Danny Payton, who killed Emily out of sheer psychosis. (L&O: "Mother's Day")
